Can I take photos and/or videos during the experience?
Feel free to take and share photos; just make sure not to disturb other guests.
Will there be virtual reality?
No, this experience does not include virtual reality.
Will there be an audio guide?
No, this experience does not include an audio guide, but descriptions will be available in both Italian and English.
TICKETS
Can I buy tickets on-site on the day of the event?
There will be a box office on-site. However, tickets may sell out before you arrive, so we strongly recommend booking in advance via the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. If you have any questions, contact us and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon arrival.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't installed the app yet, download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Be sure to log in with the same account you used to make your booking. If you're still having trouble, contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What's the exchange policy?
You may change your ticket to a different date/time up to 48 hours before the original session, subject to availability. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see the T&Cs.
Can I make a group reservation?
If you'd like to book for a large group, contact us here and specify the date/time you want to attend and the number of people in your group.

Do I need to arrive at the exact time of my session?
It's recommended to arrive at the venue 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
What happens if I'm late?
A maximum delay of 15 minutes is allowed.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are allowed as long as they are carried during the visit.
Are there age requirements?
The event is suitable for all ages! Children under 4 years old can attend for free. Strollers are permitted.
Is the experience suitable for deaf guests?
Yes, deaf guests can enjoy the experience, as it is primarily visual.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Are free tickets available for caretakers?
Caretakers assisting guests with special needs may enter for free. No ticket or reservation is required, but you must present documentation confirming the need for assistance upon arrival.
Are there discounted tickets for students, under 25s, people with disabilities, and seniors (65+)?
Yes, these categories can purchase a "Reduced" ticket. ID or proof of student status may be required at the entrance.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no free parking on-site, but there are paid private parking options nearby.
Are there prohibited items? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the exhibition.
Will there be seating? Can I sit during the event?
The experience requires walking, but seating areas will be available if you need to rest.
